PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING POINTS:

1. If you have a problem of any kind please tell us. We will do our best to help. Please do not leave it to the last day to tell us as we cannot help you once you have gone home.

2. If you have any suggestions you may tell us or write them down on a questionnaire you will be given at the end of the course.

3.Please remember your host family is not running a hotel, service for you. Be polite , remember to say PLEASE when asking for something and offer to help with a few things.

4.ALWAYS let your host family Know where you are and at what time you will be home.

5. Make sure you always have the telephone number and address of your family written down on a piece of paper and carry it with you.

6.DON"T carry your passport with you,leave it with your family.

Except for cashing cheques, you don't need to carry it with you.

7. Please be punctual for all bus departures on excursions.If you are late we cannot wait for you and you will need to pay for a taxi home.

8.NO ALCOHOL may be drunk in a pub or disco unless you are 18.

9.NO SMOKING is permitted in classes or on coaches.
