DISCOUNTS -

If you book with your brother/sister, husband/wife: £25.00 per person discount.

Groups of 5 people: £20.00 per person discount (So why not ask friends if they wish to come with you?)

School classes of 12 people: £40.00 per person discount and a teacher can travel free as a Group Leader. The bookings must be received by us in a sealed envelope. The discounts can not be added together.

                                                                       
HOW DO I BOOK?        

Please ask your agent to help you enter your personal details on the booking form if you have one. Then choose the course type. If being with other age groups doesn't worry you please mark several courses. Course K for 11-14 yr olds, J for 14-17 yr olds, H for 18-35 yr olds, E for 36-60 yr olds and S for 60+  Enter the departure date, return date and the number of weeks that you will be staying for. Enter the Base price for the weeks that you are staying for and then the price for the departure town if travelling with our holiday express. If you require an airport pick up then please mark. "AB1" ( one-way shuttle)    £35.-  per person :  "AB2" ( two-way shuttle)    £70.-  per person : "VI1" ( one-way to order)   £50.-  per person : "VI2" ( two-way to order) £100.- per person :

If you require a single room then please enter the surcharge of £ 10 per week. Then a one-off surcharge of £50 to ensure that you are the only guest of your nationality in the family should you require this. Please don't  forget to sign the form. If you need help please telephone.

Late Bookings: Bookings must normally be received by us 14 days before the departure date. We can  however still take bookings after that if you confirm the availability by phone or fax.

Extensions: We regret that, for technical reasons, requests to extend your stay made after your course has started must be treated and charged as a new booking. (Base prices apply)

After deciding to book and completing the booking form please send it to the above address. After this we will send you a confirmation/invoice, along with a request for you to send us a 10% deposit of the total cost. (This is part of the total cost). Together with the confirmation you will receive Insurance proposals. After receiving the travel documents, please arrange for the transfer of the rest of the fees to reach us before before your arrival in the UK.

Cancellations: If you have to cancel, our cancellation fees are as follows:-
up to 42 days before Course begin (Sunday)  10% of the total fees: Less than 42 days 30% : After course begin (Sunday) 100% Cancellations must be in writing and are valid upon receipt. Students are responsible for their own Immigration documentation such as Passports, inoculation papers etc and although we will do everything we can to help we can not be held responsible for .
Cambridge College  is responsible for this documentation and guarantees that the prospectus was right at the time of publishing, and that the journey and stay will be carefully prepared. 

Students may come to us on any Sunday of the year, and leave on any Saturday.
