All you need to do is introduce us to people who wish to do the same as you and earn above average.

 

All recruits are introduced to us at one of our recruitment meetings as will you be should you wish to join us. Brought to the meeting by one of our managers by strict invitation alone let us assume that you decide to join us and thus form your own sales department offering our MOM 1 Course.
You become a sales Manager after £325 of turnover which is the condition for you to be able to start recruiting a sales team.

At the next meeting you come as a Sales Adviser and you bring 2 (or more) recruits who also wish to earn above average. 2 decide to join our success. Now, if you think about it you have left the sales group of the Adviser who brought you to us, so you repay him with one of your recruits and you share the commission for the turnover that that person creates
Your Commission is £100 per course
so 2 New Recruits = 1.5 X £100 = £150 in your first meeting.

At the second meeting you bring another 2 (or more) contacts who wish to earn above average. 2 join us. You also bring the one remaining member of your sales Team who also brings 2 (or more) contacts . Now, if you think about it he will wish to leave you to form his own sales group so he repays you with one of his recruits

Your commission is therefore 2 X £ 100 = £200 for the 2 which you have recruited yourself
and £50 as a referral fee from the 1 which left the week before.
Making a total of £250 at your second meeting.

At meeting no 3 you arrive with 2 (or more) contacts  2 join us. You also bring the three remaining members of your sales Team who also each bring 2 (or more) contacts. Now, if you think about it they will wish to leave you to form their own sales groups so they repay you with one of their recruits each.

Your commission is therefore 2 X £ 100 = £200 for the 2 which you have recruited yourself and £150 as  referral fees from the 3 which left the week before.
Making a total of £350 at your third meeting.

At meeting no 4 you arrive with again 2 (or more) contacts who decide, like you, to join us. You also bring the 5 remaining members of your sales Team who also each bring 2 (or more) contacts. Now, if you think about it they will also wish to leave you to form their own sales groups so they repay you with one of their recruits each.

Your commission is therefore 2 X £ 100 = £200 for the 2 which you have recruited yourself and £250 as referral fees from the 5 which left the week before.
Making a total of £450 at your third meeting.

You and your Group has now reached ( £1250 ) turnover which is the minimum turnover for you to be promoted to become a "Distributor". This qualifies you in the following weeks for a commission of £150 instead of £100 per Course turnover. You can continue to work only one day a week and remain a sales Manager and earn the £450 a week from looking after your sales team or develop the group wherby you have sales Managers under you and earn approximately £60,000 per year looking after your group but we will then expect you to work full time. However whether £450 a week part time or £60,000 a year full time, the decision is yours.
