Europe, Middle East, India, Asia, Africa and the Americas has been exploring ways to bring together all facets of the hospitality industry and our research has highlighted many obvious issues affecting the industry but in terms of exhibitions and Conferences what the Industry mainly wants from a show is a format that encourages as much informal and productive contact as possible as interaction with the right people in an easy environment to conduct business with them is paramount, even with the existing shows in the market place, this is not what is on offer.

Our research has shown that present events tend to pander to existing clients in a form of old boy's network. Under such conditions visitors to the booth who are not one of the recognised clients but who may well be researching future business are often ignored while "old pals" are fed and watered.

Our members tell us that they have the desire to reach all the facets of the industry - Government and Government bodies, operators, wholesalers, suppliers, agents and business users to communicate more effectively with one another and have the opportunity to do so without having to spend considerable marketing budget, building expensive stands, or attending over-long events.

Institute of World Hospitality Management can ensure that the top players will attend the forum, conference and exhibition by capitalising on its own relationship with its members and associates, to fill the evident gap in the market place to create an inspiring and “new look” event for the industry.

Refund Policy
Registration fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event less an admin fee. Written notification must be received by the Institute of World Hospitality Management via mail. A £ 35.00 handling fee will apply. Attendee substitution may be made at any time at no charge

All reservations will be on a first come, first serve basis. Exhibitors can begin selecting POP space after full payment has been received. An exhibitors information package will be sent as the reservations are made, and will include complete details on shipping, POP layouts, electric, etc. You may take more than one POP for your company, but no reselling without Institute of World Hospitality Management permission is allowed. Electrical and telephone connections will be provided by the conference service - Additional charges may apply. Accoutrements can be negotiated with the exhibits company (to be included in exhibitor's package). 
Each POP includes: 
1 exhibitor only pass per 54 sq ft (can be upgraded P.O.A) each.
