What qualifications do I need to join AWWP?
Answer: You don’t need any qualifications to join AWWP as a personal member. Membership is open to everyone working with knowledge of, information about or in a waterless wash environment.

How long will it take to process my application?
Answer: We aim to process applications within 24 hrs of receiving them.

Can I get a refund on my AWWP membership?
Answer: AWAP membership is non refundable. It is not viable for AWAP to adjust membership fees for each member as their circumstances change and/or if they change their mind about wishing to be a AWAP member within the membership cycle.If AWAP has failed to provide the membership service or has incorrectly charged the set annual fee, AWAP will of course refund this amount, taking in to account the months of services delivered/used.

When is my membership due for renewal?
Answer: When you join AWAP your membership will run for a year from the date you join.
